A word from the registry.
A personal note on why the Institute exists, and what it asks of the people who come through it.
I'm fortunate to be surrounded by people who are motivated by more than a payslip — people who enjoy the work itself. We only have so much time inside our organisations, and only so much time on this earth. Don't spend it counting the days. Make every day count.
"If you don't enjoy what you're doing — move. You are not a tree." Channel your energy into something you believe in.
A personal philosophy when it comes to our annual conference: it exists for the exchange of experience between organisations. Human resource, like any organisational resource, is a constant work in progress. It needs feedback to grow — and I am always looking for ways to challenge and improve the organisations we work with.
TAMI is delighted to have you on board to share and exchange organisational challenges with us.
