Two decades of building the mindset, not just the skill.
TAMI — the TransAfrican Management Institute — has run training rooms and consultancy engagements across East and Southern Africa since 2003. This is the philosophy behind that work, and the people who carry it.
Welcome to TAMI Uganda
We believe that quality Management training and Consultancy is the only key to enhancing management proficiency in Africa and that is one of the reasons we exist. All our training programs are learner oriented, even those that are highly technical. These are composed in such a way that they enable the best skills acquisition to enhance business operations. Though structured and scheduled for given times and venues, TAMI programs are not static, we are a dynamic training institute that uses expertise and experience to design tailor-made programs to suit a given condition, time and budget.
Founded in 1991. TAMI headquarters are in Mbabane, Swaziland. So far it has chapters in Tanzania, Zambia, Uganda, Zimbabwe and in Kenya. In every country where it has been registered it has a Board Of Directors and a core of local consultants, with the following directorates: – Administrative and Human resources; Management Training / Development programs; Consultancy; Management Advisory Services and Institutional Development Services. When it comes to strategic planning operationalization and implementation of programs, members of the above Directorates work as a team. They are interchangeable. In other words, TAMI is a matrix organization in operational terms.
TAMI is delighted to have you on board to share and exchange organisational challenges with us. Passion is everything, and it is the thread that runs through every course, every conference and every consultancy we deliver.
