FOREWORD
My personal philosophy when it comes to annual conferences is that it allows for exchange of experiences within our different organizations.
The organizational resource, for example, human resource are a constant work in progress that need to receive feedback in order to grow. I am always looking at ways to constantly challenge and improve organizations.
Passion is everything: “if you don’t enjoy what you are doing –move. You are not a tree.” Channel your energy into something you believe in.
I’m fortunate to be inspired and surrounded by motivated people who enjoy what they do.
We only have a limited time in our organizations; and only so much time on this earth to live- so why waste it !
Don’t move around counting the days but instead make every day count.
